In regards, to utilities, the challenge now and through the next decade should be communication, infrastructure management, and maintenance.
There will be someone who wants to take credit for getting things changed and utilities is a big one. It sounds great during a campaign. I get it.
Tough and unpopular decisions must be made in order for the city to move forward. Many of these decisions deal with utilities which are necessities to our citizens.&n
