The 2012 Homecoming Parade which celebrates the Homecoming and kicks off the opening of the Pendleton County Youth Fair was held this past Saturday, July 7.

Over the years the parade has battled rain, and some high temperatures, but this year had to have been one of the hottest on record as the temperature was over 100 and a high heat index.
