Thomas Mitchell Prewitt, 60, of Butler passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood.

Funeral services were held Thursday, May 3 at Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home.

Interment took place at the New Vine Run Cemetery, Dry Ridge.
