LIFE IN THE COLE BIN

By Burton W. Cole I dug furiously through the desk drawer trying to find a working pen. One after another, I tossed dried out and chewed up pens back into the drawer, and rummaged for the next one. "If they don't work, why are all these pens still in the drawer?"

Butler Christ Community Greetings friends, praying for all of you. We were so pleased to have our dear friend, Ron Redden and wife Judy with us on Sunday. Ron spoke to us about weeds in the wheat, and left us to ponder are we weeds or are we wheat? Thanks Ron, we love having you here!

LIFE IN THE COLE BIN

LIFE IN THE COLE BIN

By Burton W. Cole The only person any of my locks have ever kept out of something has been me. My bicycle lock certainly didn't stop a thief in college. He or she took my 10-speed AND the lock. In junior high school, my locker padlock was swiped.

FAITH & VALUES

Blanket Creek Matthew 7:7-12 is about praying. Keep asking, seeking, and knocking. Our prayers need to be genuine. The Pharisee thought he was a Christian because he was a good person. The publican tax collector spoke from the heart. The Lord knows our needs.
