Falmouth — Phyllis Irene Edwards, 82, of Falmouth, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Boone Springs Nursing Home in Union, KY.
Surviving her are her daughters, Kathy Sergent, Tina Edwards and Amy Workman.
Visitation was held Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at Peoples Funeral Home, Butler.
Burial took place is at Johnsville Cemetery, Bracken County.
