County cemetery board and historical society

The Pendleton County Historical and Genealogical Society and the Pendleton County Cemetery Board are asking for the county’s help in identifying cemeteries.     At this time, the historical society has over 130 cemeteries listed for the county. These have been identified and located.

She says she now has contacts across the state thanks to the Leadership Kentucky initiative.

Man indicated for double murder

    Two families have a face to match the person who ripped their families apart by allegedly killing their son and daughter.     Jacob Roberts, 24, was indicted on Friday, June 25 for murder in the cases of Dillon Carpenter and Madison Klups.
