Walker hit by train in Falmouth

An unidentified male was struck by a train just north of the Ridgeway Avenue viaduct in Falmouth at approximately 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 11. He was pronounced dead on the scene by Coroner Jonathan Peoples. The investigation is continuing by Kentucky State Police and CSX investigative team.

A mid-30s, dark-haired, white male entered Wells Market wishing to pay for his $10 in gas with a $100 bill. Tina Rodgers who was working behind the counter noticed the bill just did not feel or look right and refused to accept it. She did not return the bill and he fled.
