Storage unit explosion

A man living at Hi & Dry Storage along U.S. High 27, south of Falmouth, suffered burns Saturday night after an explosion and fire. Pendleton County reported that the man was burned over 40 to 50 percent of his body, and was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

FALMOUTH — Luke Price has resigned as mayor of Falmouth. Police Chief Marty Hart is temporarily filling the position.In a prepared statement late Monday, Price said, “I have accepted a position in my personal career that will impact my time as mayor.

Chamber of Commerce business of the month

The Pendleton County Chamber of Commerce recognized Styles 101 of 220 Matilda St., Butler, as its Business of the Month for March. Utz has been a staple in the Falmouth and Butler communities for 35 years, providing beauty and barbering services at her salon.
