For many residents in Pendleton County, Camp Northward has been a summer tradition. Since 1952, Camp Northward has been located just outside of the city of Falmouth on Oldham Drive. During this time, Camp Northward has provided countless campers with a solid Christian education and a summer retreat.

Before the meeting of the Pendleton County School Board on January 9, 2017 could get under way the recently elected board members had to be sworn in. That duty fell to Mike Redden, Pendleton County Circuit Court Clerk. To be sworn in on the school board requires two oaths, a Constitutional Oath and an Office Oath.

CSX Railroad presented a donation to the Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission (NKCAC) to assist low income residents of Pendleton County. From left: Holly Nelson, CSX representative Carl Agner, NKCAC supervisor Vanessa Rose, Kelli Horn.

Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission (NKCAC) in Pendleton County was the recipient of a $2,000 donation from CSX Railroad on Thursday, January 12, 2017. The funds will be used to support the neighborhood center’s outreach efforts.

Tee It Up For Kids, sponsored by Nate Jones and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, was held this past November with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the Pendleton County Weekend Snack Pack Program.

Pendleton County residents exercised their right to vote at the November 8th, 2016 Election. Out of 10,324 registered voters, 6,077 came out to the polls for a 58% turnout.

Falmouth Police were dispatched to a call about a disoriented female around 3:30 p.m., Thursday, October 20 near "The Point"  by the Main Licking River on Main Street in Falmouth. According to reports, the female told a resident of the area that "she was lost." 911 was immediately notified and emergency personnel was quick to respond.
