|Pendleton County Schools: Stay the Course|
In a video release to the public on the district webpage this week, Pendleton County School Supt. Anthony Strong said, “With the new system, it is critical to push forward and not let one number overshadow the work that has occurred for students. We have not moved backward in progress (as evidenced in individual growth in MAP scores), yet, we realize the call to urgency in the challenge to prepare all students to be college and/or career ready.” This was his reaction to scores that were released this week as part of the Unbridled Learning Accountability Model.
