The fiscal court approved the reappointments of Bob Bathalter and Darin Hart to the Industrial Authority Board. The court also approved the reappointment of Brent Moore to the Pendleton Water District Board.

Other business conducted by the Pendleton County Fiscal Court in the March 12, 2013 meeting:

• Awarded the Butler Water Meter Project contract to Beckhill and Coghill Inc.

• Approved motion allowing the county to continue the provision of maintenance services to Taylor Road in Butler.
