The fiscal court approved a resolution, which deemed certain county property as surplus and permitted the publication of a public notice announcing its sale.

Other business conducted by the Pendleton County Fiscal Court in the September 25, 2012 meeting:

• Approved the appointment of Billy Matthews to the Pendleton County Cemetery Board.

• Received written presentation from the Pendleton County Soil Conservation District.
