The Pendleton County Grand Jury met on September 19, 2012. Ten criminal indictments were issued at this time.

Andrew Flynn, 01/26/1989, was indicted on charges of possession of a controlled substance (heroin) in the first degree-first offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; operating a motor vehicle while under the influence-second offense; and operating a motor vehicle while license is revoked or suspended for driving under the influence-first offense with aggravating circumstance. Bail was set at $2,500.

Rocco Jacobs, 03/17/1994, was indicted on charges of burglary in the third degree and criminal mischief in the third degree. Bail was set at $2,500.
