The Pendleton County Wildcats picked up their first victory of the season. They defeated Bishop Brossart 35-28 on Homecoming night last Friday, September 14.

“It’s always good to win, especially Homecoming,” Wildcat head coach Terry Brown said. “Our boys have played very well this year. We just have trouble with our depth.”

The Wildcats scored first on a touchdown pass from junior quarterback Adam Koeninger to senior wide receiver Austin Pyles.

The Mustangs tied the game with a touchdown late in the first quarter. But it was still 7-7 as the teams headed to the halftime break.
