PC Ladycats soccer struggle on the road

By: Rachel Turner, Reporter

The Ladycats were struggling Monday, August 27 in their game against St. Pats. A pre-game rain seemed to drain all of the energy from the girls. They were not getting back on the defensive end and were caught watching the game. St. Pats took full advantage and attacked the weak Ladycats. They were able to score a goal within the first 5 minutes of the game.

This woke the Ladycats up some as they began to work a little better as a team. Eventually this team work would pay off. Junior, Kaitlyn Meadows and Senior, Tori Fitzpatrick would use wall passes to make their way down the field. Once on the offensive end, Tori would turn and find Freshman, Madison Wirth pulling away to the corner. Tori would rack up an assist as Madison scored a goal.
