Military memorial stone for Civil War soldier

A military memorial stone was dedicated for Union Civil War Soldier Edward L. Harper at Mount Vernon Cemetery on Sunday, August 19 at 3 p.m. Mr. Harper came to Kentucky after the war between the states and married a Pendleton County girl.
