Hershell Wilder, 83 Print E-mail

Hershell Wilder, 83, of Butler passed away Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at his home.

Born in Monroe, Mich. on December 1, 1928 to the late Arthur and Roxie Kelly Wilder, Hershell was a retired mechanic of Fisher Chevrolet in Falmouth and a member of the Full Gospel Church. He served in the United States Army and was a Kentucky Colonel.

Preceding him in death in addition to his parents were brothers, Bob, David, Don and Jimmy; and sisters, Gloria, Faye, Helen and Margaret.

Surviving are wife, Wanda Davidson Wilder; sons, Robert Wilder, Hershell McMullen, Bill Spiltler; daughters, Trina Pribble, Roxanne Pettit; brother, Bill Wilder, Bell Co.; sister, Kathleen Ferguson, Troy, Ohio; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held Friday, May 25, 2012 at Peoples Funeral Home, Butler.

Interment took place at the Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Butler.
