KHSAA Archery Tournament Time

The Region 7 Boys and Girls Archery Tournament took place on March 23 at Bourbon County High School. Teams in Region 7 include Augusta, Bath, Bourbon, Bracken, Fleming, George Rogers Clark, Harrison, Mason, Montgomery, Pendleton, and Robertson counties.

The Pendleton County Ladycats placed sixth in the region with 1,889 points and 77 tens. Senior Rylan Rhoton placed seventh with a score of 287 and 18 tens. Other top performers were Lily Rice who placed 22nd and Leyah Hyden who placed 25th.

The Pendleton County Wildcats placed seventh in the region with 1,867 points and 76 tens. Senior Justin Danna placed ninth with a score of 278 and 13 tens.  Jacob Craig placed 18th while Michael Turner placed 27th.

The archery team competes again next weekend at the 2024 KY State NASP tournament at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville
