CheerCats set for KHSAA State Competition

Come cheer on the PCHS Competition Cheer team as they travel to compete at the KHSAA state cheer competition at George Rogers Clark High School on December 8th. The cheer team will have a police escort at 11:30 a.m. as they travel south on 27 from the high school parking lot to the edge of Falmouth. Residents are encouraged to join the families and friends of the team to line the street as the bus passes to show their support for the 5-time regional championship squad.

So far this season, the team has received two first place championships, a 2nd place award, and were named Grand Champions in Columbus, Ohio. The team placed 9th at UCA Nationals in 2023. They will be returning to compete at Nationals in February 2024. The cheer team is coached by Abby Belcher and Whitney Manor. The team hopes to bring home a state championship for PCHS. Please come out to support them at 11:30 a.m. on December 8th.
