Pendleton County seniors Reese Barlow and Katie Wright

Pendleton County seniors Reese Barlow and Katie Wright made their second trip together to the KHSAA Girl's State Tournament held in Bowling Green on October 3 and 4.
The duo had their sights set on establishing a new program record for best finish, however, their two day rounds would be defined by ups and downs throughout the Bowling Green Country Club golf course.
Barlow turned in a round of 86 on day one of competition and followed that up with an 89 to finish up her Ladycat varsity career. Wright produced a day one total of 97 and would conclude day two with a 99.
Despite not meeting their goals in Bowling Green, the two delivered quite the memorable showing in their final season representing the program. Both plan to continue playing the game they love following graduation.
