Mr. Belcher,
I just want to tell you that your article explaining the role of the press and its First Amendment Right/Responsibility in the November 28, 2023 issue was an excellent article. I so appreciate all the many hours you the owner, Editor Carolyn, and other staff members put in on a daily basis and some weeks having to deal with far more negative comments than positive ones. It pains me to see and hear the hatred in many peoples’ hearts and many who will stop at nothing to make their fellow man look bad. I applaud The Falmouth Outlook for continuing to report the weekly news in a professional manner. Thank you for keeping integrity at the top of your priorities and not allowing our little newspaper to become a scandal paper.
