TEDDY COBB
Teddy Charles Cobb, 77, of Falmouth, KY, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2023, at his home.
He was born in Bell County KY on April 7, 1946 to the late James Walter and Mildred Gent Cobb. Teddy worked as a foundryman and worked at Dr. Scholl’s factory. He loved mowing and spent many years taking care of the Mt. Vernon Cemetery. Teddy also loved working puzzles, fishing, and listening to good classic country music, especially Conway Twitty.
Teddy is survived by his dear wife of 56 years, Carol Platt Cobb; as well as his siblings Shirley Bishop, Patricia Roberts, Johnny Cobb, Roger Cobb, Freddy Cobb, and Vicky Carr. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Charles Dale "Dinky" Cobb; siblings Ray Cobb, Helen Suttles, James Walter Cobb, Jr., and Richard Cobb; parents-in-law Everette and Irene Platt; and sister-in-law Betty Jane Ruber.
A graveside service for Teddy was held on Monday, October 9, 2023 at the Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Pendleton County. Woodhead Funeral Home is serving the family.
