Russell E. Baynum, 63, of Alexandria, KY, passed away on Feb. 26, 2024, at his home.
He is survived by his brother, Ronald Baynum.
A Graveside Service was held on Feb 29 at Wesley Chapel Cemetery under the Direction of Peoples Funeral Home.
