Butler — Mark Allen Jackson, 68, of Butler, passed away on May 17, 2026, at Coldspring Transitional Care.
He was born in Ft. Thomas, on May 31, 1957, son to the late Elmer Jackson and Joyce McLaughlin Jackson.
Mark was a member of Butler Baptist Church and former Vice President of Northern KY University Student Council. He worked for Pizza Hut as District Manager of the Eastside of Cincinnati and Bob Evans in Cold Spring. Mark was an avid college basketball fan and enjoyed being with family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Mark is preceded by three brothers, Dennis Todd Jackson, John Jackson and Dale McClanahan.
Mark is survived by siblings, Ellen Ash, Tyler Jackson, Scott Jackson, Randy McClanahan, Bradley McClanahan; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Peoples Funeral Home in Butler. Funeral service will immediately follow, also at the funeral home. Mark’s final resting place will be at Butler Cemetery.
