HENRIETTA MANOR
Henrietta “Sitter” Manor, 103, of Butler, KY, passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2023, at her home. She was born in Butler, KY on October 1, 1920, the daughter of the late Henry “Doc” and Ethel Elliott Bowling.
Henrietta was a Second Lieutenant Reserve Nurse in the United States Army. She then went on to work as a registered nurse for Oak Forrest Hospital in Chicago, IL, and Veterans Hospital in Ft. Thomas, KY.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Warren Manor; son Terrance Manor; brother Ralph Bowling; sisters Polly Turner and Mildred Bowling; and two grandchildren.
Survivors include sons Thomas and Timothy Manor; daughters Sandra Kokaska and Kathleen Peruski; grandchildren Mike (Lisa M), Lisa P, Mark (Amanda), John, Terrance Jr., Diane, Rachael, Benjamin (Melanie), Randy (Jennie); great-grandchildren Mckayla (Austin), Whitney, Sydney, Katherine (Richard), Julia (Thomas), John, Caitlin, Gage, Payton, Josh, Aleigh; and great great-grandchildren Taylee, Wrenlee, Natalee, Audrey, Colton, Marshall.
Graveside Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, November 3, 2023, at the Gardnersville Cemetery under the direction of Peoples Funeral Home.
