Helen Ruth Spencer, 90

Helen Ruth Ballinger Spencer, 90, of Independence, KY, formerly of Pendleton County, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2024 at her home.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Karen Spencer Thornton of Latonia, KY and Lisa Spencer of Independence, KY.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 4, at Riverside Cemetery in Falmouth.
