For Coach Lisa Feltner who has seen unprecedented continued success for Pendleton County on the tennis courts, her two teams will be starkingly different.
The boys returned several players while the girls will be rebuilding after graduating seven players including five that made up their #1 and #2 doubles and #1 singles.
“We don’t really have a #1 singles player yet as Mason Askren did not return as he is getting a job,” said Feltner.
The boys #1 doubles team is Jordan Pearson and Eric Hurst with #2 doubles being Tredyn Thomas and Tommy Nitschke.
On the girls’ side, #1 singles will be Maddie Duff with #1 doubles Lily Brinkdoepke and Kaitlyn Aulick.
Feltner is joined in coaching by her son Dillon who helped last time Pendleton County took to the hardcourts. Max Dewald will be joining as an assistant coach.
