    Jeremy Smith, 44, of Foster, KY passed away on Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at the UK Medical Center in Lexington, KY.
    Surviving are his parents, Candi McKinney and Rick Stanfield, fiancee Beth Workman Smith and children Gracey Josie (Harley), Zoey and Paul John (P.J.) Smith, and Preston.
