First Virtual Fiscal Court meeting photo wins award

It was the first Zoom meeting in Pendleton County Fiscal Court's history and Keith Smith took a photo to try and to give readers an idea of what was happening behind the broadcast. He won third place for the effort.

The judge said "It's actually hard to convey 'Look, nobody is here' but the photographer manages to do so in an engaging way."
