2019 Woolfest photo essay

Pendleton County missed out on the 2020 Wool Fest but KPA competition runs from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. As a result, Sarah Beckett's layout and use of color won her a second place honor for Best Use of Color for her photo essay of the 2019 Wool Fest.
