The Pendleton County Animal Shelter serves the community in ensuring dogs brought to the shelter or that have been picked up by Animal Control are taken care of, fed, and socialized in an effort to ensure they’re ready for their next forever home.
In order to make this happen we need volunteers to help with various tasks which include maintaining the health and well-being of these animals. We are looking for individuals who can donate their time and give back to our community through volunteering.
If you’re not fond of animals but want to donate your time, we have other activities which don’t require interaction with dogs.
Consider giving your time and talent to making a difference, it’s truly a rewarding experience. If interested or if you need more information, please contact the shelter office at 859-472-5400.
