The Pendleton County Ladycat Softball team is looking to make a difference over the holidays.
They are collecting items to make care packages for the homeless to be distributed in Newport this weekend. Another project the team is contributing to is adopting a family to sponsor as a team.
Our team has collected money, and soon will shop and deliver the presents to a Pendleton County family in time for Christmas. Our first family was suggested and managed by Kylie Richardson who involved her teammates in the project.
