American Legion Post 109, V.F.W Post 1978 and D.A.V. Post members held full military services for Mr. Billy Sams at Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home in Independence, KY, on August 26, 2020.

Mr. Billy Sams was laid to rest at Kentucky Veterans North Cemetery in Williamstown, KY.
