Richard Lee Winkle, 61, of Butler, KY, passed away on Monday, July 27, 2020, at the Hospice of St. Elizabeth Health Care in Edgewood. Born on June 7, 1959 in Cincinnati, OH, he was a son of Beulah Hisel Winkle and the late Robert Woodford Winkle.
A lifelong construction worker, Richard worked hard as a laborer and a jack of all trades, master of none. He loved his family.
Surviving are his wife Ruth Winkle, mother Beulah Winkle, children Bobbie Stubbeman of Newport, KY, Michael Winkle of Covington, KY, and Christina Winkle of Florence, KY, 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild, siblings Sandy Hughes and Donnie Winkle, both of Butler, and Sam Winkle of Erlanger, KY, and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by brothers Lawrence Winkle and Robert W. Winkle, Jr.
Funeral services were held Thursday, July 30, 2020, at Woodhead Funeral Home, Falmouth.
