25 Years Ago - March 20, 2001Because of the manpower shortage in the Falmouth Police Department, the city was not scheduled to be patrolled by any officer on March 18 and 19.Greatly alarmed by this turn of events, City Council met at 2 p.m. Sunday to deal with the problem.
