As the news shocked the Pendleton County community, Minister Abram Crozier of Trinity Southern Baptist moved to be of service to the employees of Pendleton Hills who saw their jobs go up in the flames of the restaurant.

Posted on Trinity's Facebook page was "We are so sad to hear about Pendleton Hills. They have helped us as a church feed so many groups. In order to try and help their employees, we will be collecting gift cards at our church for the next few weeks."

Crozier told Falmouth Outlook that the gift card collection "Right now, it's the quickest and easiest way to get their employees some immediate relief. Visa gift cards or Amazon gift cards or restaurant gift cards can hopefully give them a little peace of mind until we can figure out what needs are."

He added that gift cards can be dropped off at Trinity which is located at 302 Broad Street, Falmouth or they can contact their outreach coordinator Brenda Higgins at 859-322-8131
