New restaurant serving Butler’s dining needs

    Butler has a new dining option for breakfast and lunch in a location familiar with providing to the residents of Butler. Located at 201 Mill Street, they offer offer normal breakfast and lunch fare but with a local flavor.
    Owners Lori and Tom Himmelsbach emphasized that they use local produce and the meat is from Diamond B in Bracken County.
    They are even exploring using grains from a local farmer and milling the it at the restaurant. Presently, they buy freshly grained mill from Lori’s brother in Louisville.  Even the decor is local as products from other local vendors are available and the paintings hanging on the wall are from local artists. You can even take a plant home with you to nurture at your home.
    The Millstone is open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

    Lori also will be offering cooking classes from young to old and they look to expand with a patio and wood fire pizza.
    Stop by in the morning for coffee, tea or a hot chocolate to accompany  a freshly baked danish, cinnamon roles or other item.
