KSP investigate shooting death of two

A mom made the frantic call to 911 on Friday, May 28 that her son was in a camper with his girlfriend, the door was locked and they were not answering. There was blood everywhere.

Pendleton County Sheriff Office responded to Straub Lane in Demossville along with Pendleton County Ambulance where they found two dead.

Dillon Carpenter, 28, and Madison Klups, 24, were found deceased by gunshot inside the camper.

Carpenter was a graduate of Pendleton County High School while Klups had attended Pendleton County Schools but her family had moved to Springboro, Ohio. According to KSP, that is the location she was living.

The investigation is active and ongoing.
