Indictments on drugs, burglaries and more

    Pendleton County Grand Jury indicted 17 individuals on a slew of charges.
    Nathaniel Ray Alford, 7/3/1990, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin/Fentanyl) in the first degree-third or subsequent offense, Speeding 24 MPH over the limit, Operating a Motor Vehicle while under the influence- first offense with aggravating circumstances (refusal), Reckless Driving, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bail $5,000.
    Matthew Cody Barker, 2/26/1998, Burglary in the second degree, Criminal Mischief in the first degree, Assault in the fourth degree, Menacing. Bail $7,500.
    Michael Anthony Carey, 12/23/1972, Possession of a Handgun by a convicted felon, Assault in the fourth degree, Persistent felony offender in the first degree. Bail $15,000.    Jodi Karen Colvin, 7/01/1977, Possession of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine) in the First Degree - Third or Subsequent Offense; Possession of a Drug Paraphernalia; Possession of Marijuana; Speeding 10 MPH over the limit; Careless Driving; License Plate Not Legible; Operating a Motor Vehicle while under the influence - first offense with aggravating circumstances (refusal).
