Free day at Rumpke Landfill takes place the second Saturday of each month from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Commodities distributed the second Monday of the month at 200 West Shelby Street, Falmouth from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. These commodities are different than other food distributions held in the county, and you may participate if you are involved with other distributions in the county. Please bring your own bags or boxes.

Pendleton County Historical and Genealogical Society meets every third Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Historical Society, the Fryer House, in Butler.

Saturday, November 5, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Grace Dance Academy, 213 Matilda St., Butler. Ages 6-16 are invited to Dance Day at Grace Dance Academy. Enrollment in GDA NOT required. Breakfast and lunch are provided. Registration is from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. on the day of event. Cost is $20.

Saturday, November 5, 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Annual Chili Supper--Partners of Kincaid Lake State Park. Cost $7 for adults, $3 for children 10 and under. Soup, dessert, and drink provided. Held at the Multi-Purpose Building at Kincaid Lake State Park.

Saturday, November 5, 7 p.m. Third Annual Women’s Night of Worship. Stonewood Gardens (KRT) in Falmouth. This year’s theme is Let Your Light Shine. Speakers include Emily Embry, Robin Koettel, and Jill Marlette. Special music by Penny Wolfe and Michelle Faulkner. Praise and Worship led by Grassy Creek Christian Church Women’s Praise Group. Free event.

Saturday, November 5, after 5 p.m. Mass, St. Peter’s COF Court 1492 Annual Turkey Raffle. Held in the Social Center at St. Peter & Paul School, California, KY. Proceeds go the church Driveway Project. Join us for an evening of bingo, raffles, games for the children, and a movie. Food and beverages will also be available.

Thursday, November 10, American Legion Hall. Woodmen Life will hold its November meeting. The night will consist of officer elections and a Thanksgiving meal.

Friday, November 11, 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. Father-Son Campout at Camp Northward, 154 Northward Drive, Falmouth. Camp Northward is hosting a Father-Son campout on Friday, November 18 to Sunday, November 20. Costs is $40 a person. Spots are limited, so sign up today! Sunday, November 20, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Falmouth Baptist Church, 403 Maple Ave., Falmouth. Please join the Pendleton County Cooperative of Churches for their annual Thanksgiving Service at Falmouth Baptist Church.
