Country Patchwork of Falmouth held a non-sewing craft class led by Stacey Myers and Karen Ely on Saturday, December 10, at the Falmouth Store.

Cindy Wade, Sarah Hart, and Stacey Myers are known for their quilting and quilting instruction, but Wade says she now has many craft items she would like to make good use of.

She also realizes not everyone wants to sew, so she is opening up other avenues to engage the community in other relaxing hobbies.

Attendees were given a choice of color, and they were given the opportunity to purchase supplies such as pins if they needed to. The class took about two to three hours to complete, and lunch was provided to the attendees.

Wade says she hopes to offer a few small project classes a month. She says she has “a ton of crafts,” so she hopes to get others interested in something fun!

For more information about the shop and about its offerings, please check the Country Patchwork Facebook page or stop by the store on Shelby Street across from Wyatt’s Supermarket.
