ring of community support behind the vision of City of Falmouth Treasurer Ramona Williams, banners honoring the PCHS Class of 2020 were hung along U. S. 27 in Falmouth.

The project took only four days to raise the $8,000 needed to fund a banner for each member of the Class of 2020. Carmeuse Lime & Stone and Bakery Feeds were the major donors that allowed the project to be completed.     Mike Klenda, site manager of Carmeuse Lime & Stone located in Butler said, “We thought it was important that the kids had some to be recognized and take with them. The best thing you have about high school is the memories that you take with them.”
John Thelen of Bakery Feeds said that Pendleton County has always been good to them from the Griffin days.
“We like to give back to the community,” he added.Amanda Moore who works for them has three daughters in the class.
Pendleton County Supt. Joe Buerkley indicated that he changes his route each morning.
“The end of our high school careers didn’t go as planned, but the Class of 2020 has become closer than ever before and it really makes our experience one of a kind,” said Class President Alexis Eckart who thanked everyone who made this possible on behalf of her classmates.
The complete list of donors are: Michael and Pattie Flynn, Ramona and Ronnie Williams, Martin and Norma Moreland, Dennis and Shirley Seever, Brian and Nichole Amermentrout, Thomas and Cheri Griffin, Larry and Eva Herbst, Carmeuse Lime & Stone, PCEF, Bakery Feeds, Pam Mains, Steven and Deborah Glaza, Allen and Paula Spence, PC Retired Teachers Association, Brian and Jaclyn Thompson, Butler Christian Church, Taylor Platt, Jennifer Jones, John and Karen Delaney, Janice Polley, Kimberly Polley, Roger and Amy Hurst, Shannon Wells, Ron and Carla Stinson, Richard and Lisa Halcomb, Frances Carr, US Bank, and Woodhead, Inc.
