Today’s message from 2 Peter 4:7-11 talks about Serving for God's Glory. There are lots of ways for each of us to serve God. Each of us have been given different gifts and we are expected to use them. Many time we don’t answer the call of the Lord because we think we can’t do the job. If God has a job for you, He will give you what you need to perform it. However, we must remember to serve for God’s Glory, not our own.

Please remember the sick, our church, our city, county and country. Please pray for the family of Justin Brown and others who have lost loved ones this week.

Pleasant Ridge

Jared Mason brought our message while Bro. Mark was away.  Praise God Darla will be home soon.  Prayers were heard and answered!

The power of prayer and faith.  Miracles happen every day.  Only God can answer those prayers.  He knows what is best for us, whether that prayer gets answered or not.  We get caught up in everyday life.  When God’s people comes together, prayers get answered and it brings us closer.  If you really love God, make time to talk to him.  Spend time in his word.  You can’t please God without faith.

Mark 11:24 "Therefore I say unto you.  What things so ever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them."
