Creature Feature runs twice monthly featuring some of the dogs available for adoption at the Pendleton County Animal Shelter. “Please take a moment and look at all the dogs we have up for adoption and see if you could open your heart to adopt a new family member.” Contact the shelter at 859-472-5400 to inquire about adding a fur baby to your family, or stop in at the shelter at 1314 Bryan Griffin Road, Butler. Axel came to the shelter socially shy and just wanted to hide in the corner. He didn’t know what a toy was, or a treat and a kind hand. But this big guy has come of out his shadow and while treats are still questionable he loves to play and bounce around outside. He’s dog friendly; cats to be determined.
