A mask on the Falmouth sheep earned third place

When Governor Andy Beshear ordered a mask mandate, Keith Smith looked for a creative way to visually show it. By putting a mask on the sheep in front of the City of Falmouth sign earned him a third place award for Best Feature News Picture.
