PC Public Library to return to drive-thru service October 9

Effective Monday, October 9, PCPL will return to drive-thru/delivery service until further notice (approximately until February 2024). One-on-one services such as tech assist and passports will be available in the library lobby, and children's programming will be held in areas TBA.
