25 Years Ago - June 1, 1999The Pendleton County Fiscal Court voted 6-3 on May 27 to close a portion of the Lock Road connector.Magistrate Bill Klaber said the county bends over backward to get new industry into the county. The request to close the connector came from an existing business.
