The City of Butler, along with the Demoss Lodge, donated $400 (combined) to the Shriners after their participation in the Butler Parade Saturday, December 16.  The Shriners entertained the crowd all through the parade with their “drifter” motor trikes.

PC Search and Rescue met with the PC Sheriff, Butler Police and Falmouth Police Friday, December 15, to hand off the $2,700 they had collected in a fill-the-boot-type fundraiser for the Cops and Kids shopping event. Northern Elementary custodian Tom Koettel had a story to tell last week when he was spotted wearing an elf handband as he worked parent pick-up. Mr. Tom, as the children call him, told The Outlook he had approached a couple preschool girls the day before, and he admired on their headware.
