By Nila Harris FALMOUTH — Five Pendleton County High School students in the Class of 2024 earned associates degrees from Northern Kentucky University while still enrolled in high school. In fact, they graduated from college before high school commencement ceremonies took place.

By Burton Cole BUTLER — “You did a great job serving,” Pendleton County Schools Superintendent Joe Buerkley told high school senior Ava Record at her final Board of Education meeting.Each year, one student serves on the Board of Education, representing students.

By Nila HarrisBUTLER —  On April 19, Northern Elementary School’s Bobcat Council took four years’ worth of pop can tabs to Cincinnati’s Ronald McDonald’s House.The RMH exchanges the pop tabs for money at a local recycling center. There is more aluminum in the tab than the entire can.
