Warman and Johnson indicted on combined 35 charges

    An inconspicuous traffic stop on September 13, 2018 by Falmouth Police Officer Mark McClure opened the floodgates to an indictments by Pendleton Circuit Court Grand Jury on Laura Lee Johnson and Jeremy Obrien Warman.
    The charges from the September 13 incident are: Jeremy Obrien Warman, 3/12/1979, Trafficking in controlled substance (Methamphetamine) in  the first degree, second or subsequent offense  (two  grams  or  more);  Complicity  to   trafficking  in  a  controlled (Methamphetamine) in the first degree, second or subsequent offense (two grams or more); Trafficking in a controlled substance (Heroin/Fentanyl) in the first degree, second or subsequent offense; Complicity to trafficking in a controlled substance (Heroin/Fentanyl) in the first degree, second or subsequent offense; Possession of drug paraphernalia; Possession of marijuana; Operating a motor vehicle on a suspended or revoked operator’s license; Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, first offense; Improper registration plate; Persistent felony offender in the second degree. Bail was set at $35,000.
    Laura Lee Johnson, AKA Laura Lee Garrison and Laura Lee Stephens, 5/25/1982, Trafficking in controlled substance (Methamphetamine) in the first degree, first offense (possession of firearm at time of offense); Complicity to trafficking in a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) in the first degree, first offense (Possession of firearm at time of offense), (two grams or more); Trafficking in a controlled substance (Heroin/Fentanyl) in the first degree, first offense (Possession of firearm at time of offense); Complicity to trafficking in a controlled substance (Heroin/Fentanyl) in the first degree, first offense (Possession of firearm at time of offense); Possession of drug paraphernalia Possession of firearm at time of offense); Possession of marijuana Possession of firearm at time of offense); Possession of a Controlled substance (Gabapentin) in the third degree (Possession of a firearm at time of offense). Complicity to possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $35,000.
    The arrest led to law enforcement obtaining a search warrant for the home on September 14, 2018. That led to further charges via indictment.
    Warman, Trafficking in controlled substance (Methamphetamine) in the first degree, second or subsequent offense (two grams or more) (Possession of firearm at time of offense); Complicity to trafficking in a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) in the first degree, second or subsequent offense (two grams or more) (Possession of firearm at time of offense); Trafficking in a controlled substance (Heroin/Fentanyl) in the first degree, second or subsequent offense (Possession of firearm at time of offense); Complicity to trafficking in a controlled substance (Heroin/Fentanyl) in the first degree, second or subsequent offense (Possession of firearm at time of offense); Possession of drug paraphernalia (Possession of firearm at time of offense); Possession of marijuana (Possession of firearm at time of offense); Possession of a Controlled substance (Gabapentin) in the third degree (Possession of a firearm at time of offense); Importing Heroin/Fentanyl; Persistent felony offender in the second degree. Bail set at $45,000.
    Johnson, Trafficking in a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) in the first degree, first offense (two or more grams); Complicity to trafficking in a controlled substance (Methamphetamine) in the first degree, first offense (two ore more grams); Trafficking in a controlled substance (Heroin/Fentanyl) in the first degree, first offense; Complicity to trafficking in a controlled substance (Heroin/Fentanyl) in the first degree, first offense; Possession of drug paraphernalia; Possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $25,000.
    Warman faced additional indictment, Possession of a handgun by convicted felon and Persistent felony offender in the second degree. Bail was set at $15,000.
    Warman and Johnson are housed in the Campbell County Detention Center.
